The historical significance and commitment to being accessible to all cultures and faiths is why Beechwood was designated as a National Historic Site and was named the National Cemetery of Canada. It creates a unique and rich setting for the most unforgettable dinner party.

Partage at Beechwood is a fundraising dinner nestled in the heart of Beechwood National Cemetery. This dinner amongst the trees and souls is an initiative of the Vanier BIA in partnership with Beechwood Cemetery, Vanier Community Service Centre (VCSC) and MANY incredible sponsors.It’s the most unique dinner party you’ll ever attend!

Food is community… and communities need food. Funds raised at this event go directly to Partage Vanier. In 2019 Partage Vanier was deemed the highest used food bank in Ontario and in the top 3 most used in Canada. COVID exacerbated the desperate need for VCSC to help the most vulnerable in our community. In 2022 our local food bank saw demand rise by over 30%, and again by 30% in 2023. The funds raised at this dinner are life changing for many Vanier residents.

This distinctive evening allows us to celebrate the bounty of the harvest while giving back to a vibrant community.

Chef Ross Fraser of Fraser Café

Fraser Café has been a neighbourhood culinary mainstay on Beechwood since they opened in May 2008. Their approach to dining is simple: use the best ingredients available to make fantastic food, at a reasonable price, in a casual and lively setting—and why not have fun while you’re doing it?

Chef Ross Fraser and his incredible team will be offering up their talents for the 4th time this year. He believes strongly in giving back to the community that welcomed him and supported him through challenging times. He and his team will be serving an Italian Winery themed multi-course menu, with pairing from Reif winery and other partners.
